ONLINE PROGRAMMES & PERSONAL TRAINING

Fitness Geek training develops well rounded functional athletes with a solid aerobic base, able to lift heavy and move fast with sound technique. Our core offering is our 'Everyday Athlete' track.

It offers 5 sessions per week of constantly varied functional fitness. A mixture of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and bodybuilding, with a wide variety of styles, durations, and intensities. 

The programme builds in 1 low impact day, 1 active recovery day, and 1 full rest day to each 7 day week. The programme also offers additional 'optional' extras, such as accessory and bonus work for those who have more time to train.

Everyday Athlete is perfect for those who want to become well rounded athletes who feel strong and look good. This track is also great for those looking to learn new skills and possibly compete in functional fitness events. In joining this programme you will become part of the Fitness Geek community, sharing your successes (and struggles!) on our virtual leaderboard, to see where you stack up, and to encourage others

The progressive training programme tracks your lifts, times, and scores for various benchmarks, allowing us to test and re-test over time, showing your progress.

We also offer a variety of other fixed length programmes which you can download if you have a specific goal in mind, such as a strength and conditioning programme for rowing, or an introduction to strength training programme. These are also perfect for clients just starting out, who may want a PT or series of PT sessions alongside a good starter programme to learn the fundamental movements and build a solid base.
